两极横向磁场再约束等离子弧切割研究

摘    要:提出了两极横向磁场再约束等离子弧的思想,设计了磁约束装置,并进行了不锈钢板切割试验,证明了两极横向磁场再约束等离子弧的可行性。研究表明:这种磁约束方法增加了弧柱的稳定性,可控性,能量密度和刚性,极大地提高了等离子弧的挺度,加大了切割的冲击力,从而减小了加工表面的波纹度及切口宽度和切口坡度,提高了切口表面质量。

Abstract:Concept of two_pole transversal magnetic re_restricted plasma arc is presented. Magnetic restricting unit is designed; trial cutting on stainless steel is conducted, which has proven the feasibility of two_pole transversal magnetic re_restricting plasma arc. The study shows the magnetic restricting method can increase the steadiness, controllability, energy density and rigidity of arc pole, which greatly improves the straightness of plasma arc, increases the impact of cutting, hence decreases the waviness of the machined surface, cut width and slope of the cut, and improves the surface quality of the cut.
