| 摘 要： | 介绍了绿色制造和大规模定制的不同点和共同点，讨论了大规模定制生产中的绿色性，提出了一种面向绿色制造与大规模定制的一般生产模式。研究表明，在绿色制造中采用大规模定制生产方式，可以使企业的经济效益和社会效益得到协调优化。通过案例分析证明了这一点。 |

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the differences and similarities between green manufacturing and mass customization, the green issue in mass customization, and comes up with a general production mode. The study shows that by adopting the production mode of mass customization in green manufacturing,the enterprises can coordinate and optimize their economic and social profits. The relevant cases also prove this point of view. |
