| 摘 要： | 该文分析了文安县城目前的防洪堤防现状，提出了防洪工程总体规划设想。建设新的防洪工程，将彻底改变城镇建设受防洪堤影响而存在的封闭和畸形状态，为新城区的规划、建设提供广阔的发展空间，通过详细的路网、水系、园林规划，可将该区域建设成为一个生态优美、环境和谐的美丽城区，为生态文安建设起到示范作用。

| Abstract: | The current status of flood control embankment of Wen'an County seat is analyzed,and a framework for overall plan of flood control project is proposed.The analysis result shows that the flood control embankment is consistent with national policies and retention basin construction planning,and suitable for reality of development of Wen'an.The newly constructed flood control project will completely change the close and abnormal state of urban construction due to the constraint of embankment,and provides space... |
