摘    要:在传统零件加工和装配过程中样板充当重要的角色,它测量简单直观。样板现较多采用线切割加工。通过对线切割加工过程中影响样板表面质量的各种相关因素的分析,提出了从人、机、料、法、环5个方面入手来降低样板表面粗糙度进而提高样板表面质量的措施和方法。

Abstract:Traditionally templet plays an important part in machining accessory and configuration with its easy and intuitionistic measure.It's now adopted that templet is machined by wire-cutting.In the process of wire-cutting technics all kinds of factors that are associated with surface quality of templet are analysed,the methods about how to reduce surface roughness are brought forward from five aspect as person,machine,material,method and environment,with which the surface quality of templet is improved.
