季铵型CPAM的合成及其助留助滤作用

摘    要:用水溶液共聚法合成了一系列不同分子量和电荷密度的季铵型阳离子聚丙烯酰铵(CPAM),分别考察了阳离子化度、用量和pH值对漂白麦草浆滤水和留着性能的影响。研究发现,季铵型CPAM可显著提高麦草浆的滤水性和填料留着率,CPAM与PAC、PDADMAC和膨润土配合使用可进一步改善麦草浆的滤水和留着。

Abstract:A set of quaternary ammonium cationic polypropylene acid ammonium (CPAM) with different molecular weight and charge density was prepared with water solution copolymerization and the influence of cationization degree,its dosage and pH value on the bleaching wheat straw pulp draining and retention performance was investigated.The results show that the quaternary ammonium CPAM can remarkably improve the wheat straw pulp drainability and filler retention,and that when CPAM is used together with PAC,PDADMAC or bentonite, dewatering and filler retention can be further improved.
