摘    要:烧结和球团过程的节能是钢铁生产节能的一个重要组成部分。本文从生产实践和我国的现状出发,对烧结和球团过程的能量流进行了分析,并初步根据火用的理论,对烧结和球团过程如何提高火用效率,提出了一些节能的措施和方法。

Abstract:Energy conservation in sintering and pelletizing processes is an important part of the iron and steel production energy conservation.The energy flows in sintering and pelletizing processes was analyzed in terms of production practice and present condition in our country.Some energy conservation measures and methods were put forward for how to improve exergy efficiency in sintering and pelletizing processes based on exergy theory.
