直接酯化法合成PBT中钛系催化剂的研究

摘    要:对钛系催化剂在直接酯化法合成PBT中的应用进行了研究.采用不同种类的催化剂和不同的催化剂含量进行实验.在催化剂对酯化反应速率、THF 生成量及缩聚反应速率的影响方面得出了一些规律性的结果.同时运用端羧基分析、DSC、恒温 TG 等方法测定了钛系催化剂对 PBT 热氧化稳定性的影响.

STUDY ON THE TITANIC CATALYST SYSTEM IN THE SYNTHESIS OF POLY(1,4-BUTYLENE TEREPHTHALATE)BY DIRECT ESTERIFICATION
Abstract:A series of poly (1,4-butylene terephthalate)(PBT)were synthesized by direct esterification of tereph-thalic acid(PTA)with butanediol-1,4(BD)using various titanic compounds as catalyst.The catalystic effectof titanic catalyst system was studied.The results showed that some kinds of catalyst were very effective forincreasing the reaction rates of esterification and polycondensation and reducing the amount of THF pro-duced.The thermostability of synthetic samples were investigated by means of DSC,TG and measuring car-boxyl end groups.
