细旦抗静电丙纶短纤维的开发应用

在引进意大利 Moderne 公司的 Moderne—Finetex/4/150/33短程纺生产线上使用国产聚丙烯(MI=2.5～18g/10min)和自制抗静电母粒研制了细旦(≤2.2dtex)抗静电丙纶短纤维,该生产工艺稳定,制成率高.制成的纤维具有优良的物理机械性能和抗静电性能,改善了丙纶纯纺纱的加工性能,开拓了细旦丙纶短纤维在装饰织物、针纺织品、产业用纺织品上的应用.

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF PP ANTISTATIC FINE STAPLE FIBER

Antistatic fine PP staple fiber(≤2.2dtex)was produced from PP granules(MI=(?).5～18g/10min)and self-made antistatic mas(?)erbatch in the compact spinning machine——Moderne-Fnetex/4/150/33.This process was stable and of high efficiency.The obtained fiber had good physicomechanical and antistaticproperty.such fiber is a kind of ideal raw material to make wool-like or cotton-like fabries.Moreover,theapplications of PP stable fiber in decorative fabric,knitting or woven fabric and industrial fabric have beenfurther opening up.
