保护性详细规划的探索与实践——以佛山祖庙东华里历史文化街区为例

保护性详细规划是针对历史街区保护的一种新规划类型。本文以国家历史文化名城佛山的祖庙东华里历史文化街区为例，通过对城市历史发展演变沿革和现状问题的研究，分析了历史街区面临的危机，介绍了祖庙东华里历史文化街区保护性详细规划在观念和技术层面的创新，讨论了建立有利于街区保护的小规模渐进式旧城更新模式及相应的交通、绿地系统规划等具体措施，并对经济发达地区历史街区保护与发展的协调提出一些建议。

Exploration and Practice in Protective Detailed Planning: With Zu miao Dong hua li Conservation Districts of Foshan as an Example

Protective detailed planning is a new type of planning for the conservation districts . With Zu miao Dong hua li of Foshan as an example, this paper studies the evolution of the city and contemporary problems, analyzes the dilemma faced by conservation districts of historic sites, and introduces innovations of protective detailed planning of Zu miao Dong hua li in terms of concept and technology. It further discusses the mode of gradual renewal and corresponding measures such as planning of traffic and green space. It gives some suggestions to conservation and development of conservation districts in economic developed areas.
