断续切削木工机械的动力配备分析

摘    要:根据一次连续切削延续时间的长短及切削时间占总时间的比例,可将木材切削分为连续切削、高频率断续切削和低频率断续切削。对高频率断续切削的木工机械,用全时间平均切削功率作为选择电动机的依据,可成倍降低所选电动机的额定功率。对于低频率断续切削的木工机械,用均方切削功率作为选择电动机的依据,也可明显降低所选电动机的额定功率。

Abstract:Wood cutting can be divided into cont inous cutting,high frequency cutting disjointedly and low frequency cu tting disjointedly according to length of a continous cutting time and proportion of cutting time to all time.If it i s on the basis of choosing motor by average cutting power in all time,rated power of motor c an be doubled and redoubled to be lowe r for woodworking machinery of high frequency cutting disjointedly.If it is o n the basis of choosing motor by the sq uare root of average cutting power,rated power o f choised motor can be dropped obviou sly for woodworking machinery of low frequency cutting disjointedly.
