| 摘 要： | 当前在我国基金处于较大规模的背景下,如果延续既有的管理方式来应对规模的快速扩张,将给基金公司带来众多问题和挑战,如投资者教育问题、产品同质化问题、从业人员队伍建设问题、基金公司和中间服务商问题等等,本文针对这些问题来探讨我国基金业持续发展的策略。

| Abstract: | At present,the fund industry in China is developing on a large scale.The continuation of the existing management methods in this field will bring about many problems and challenges to its rapid development,such as,the education for the investors,the product homogenization,the building of work staff,and the problems between the fund industry and intermediate service providers.The paper addresses these issues to explore the strategies for the sustainable development of China's fund industry. |
