蚕丝蛋白酶精练工艺的理论与实践

摘    要:阐述了酶的种类及特性和作用机理,重点探讨了蚕丝的酶精练工艺。蛋白酶精练能提高蚕丝质量.且技术上简单,易操作,污水比较好处理,利于环境保护。具体使用蛋白酶对蚕丝进行精练,其工艺主要考虑酶的种类和用量、处理液的pH值和温度及处理时间。

Abstract:The writers expound the variety of enzyme, their characteristics and acting mechanism with focus on enzymatic degumming process of silk. Protease degumming of silk can raise its quality and has such advantages as technical simplicity, easy operation, sewege treatment comparatively convenient, and being beneficial to environmental protection. In carrying out protease degumming of silk, kind and amount of enzyme, the pH value of treated liquor, time, and temperature are the main considerations.
