智能煤质在线分析系统研究

摘    要:文章介绍了近红外光谱分析技术和神经网络模式识别原理,并利用虚拟仪器技术设计了一个煤质分析系统。该系统对煤质的水分、灰分和热值进行了初步预测试验,试验结果表明用该方法识别准确率接近90%,为煤质的在线分级打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:The nondestructive method for predicting coal quality with near infrared diffuse reflectance technique were introduced in the paper.Virtual instrument is combined with artificial neural network pattern recognition to form the coal quality analysis system.Primarily test result of the coal moisture,ash and caloric content are also given.Results show that the new technique is precise and effective in prediction,and is feasible for practical coal sorting.
