微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收法测定红薯粉中的痕量铅

摘    要:通过对红薯粉丝中有害元素铅含量的测定,建立红薯粉丝中铅含量的测定方法。采用微波消解法处理红薯粉丝样品,加入质量分数2%NH4H2PO4-0.2%Mg(NO3)2混合液作为基体改进剂,使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅含量。铅元素在2.0ng/mL~40.0ng/mL的范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9957),平均回收率为98.05%,RSD=1.68%(n=6)。该法简单、准确,可作为检测红薯粉丝中铅含量的方法,为食品安全提供可靠的技术保障。

Abstract:To establish the method of measurating plumbum s content in sweet potato noodles by mensurating the harmful element plumbum.Applies the method of microwave digestion to deal with sweet potato noodles samples,adds the intermixture of 2% NH4H2PO4-0.2% Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier,measures plumbum s con-tent by GF-AAS.The linear range of plumbum s absorbance was 2.0 ng·mL-1~40.0 ng·mL-1.The average recovery was 98.57%,RSD=1.49%(n=6).The method is simple, can be used as the method of measuring plumbum s content ...
