| 摘 要： | 前郭炼油厂二催化装置的备用主风机为 MCL80 4- 2型离心压缩机 ,轴承型式采用椭圆瓦 ,曾两次发生油膜振荡。作者从特性参数计算、油膜振荡机理分析、受力分析等方面进行了较为详细的阐述 ,并提出一些防止油膜振荡的措施。

| Abstract: | The spare main air compressor of the second catalytic unit in Qianguo refinery is MCL 804 2 type centirfugal compressor.The bearing type uses the elliptic bush,and oil film oscillation has been occured for two times.The author mentions it in detail from the fields of the calculation of characteristic parameter,the mechanism analysis of oil film oscillation and load analysis etc.Some preventions of oil film oscillation are proposed. |
