| 摘 要： | 设计构造一个实验室污水处理系统。该系统采用工业控制计算机作为上位机，采用专业化工业控制公司研发的数据采集板卡和相应的智能模块作为下位机，配合相关的传感器及相应的水泵、调压器和变频器，在组态软件MCGS开发环境中开发污水处理系统监控软件，对整个系统实现了自动控制。

| Abstract: | The design is concerned with a lab sewage treatment.The system is composed of two parts,the upper machine is industrial control computer in which configuration MCGS is used as the monitor and control software,the lower part is about data collection card and intelligent modules,sensors,relative water motors,booster and inverter are used as residual hardware.All of these can fulfill the automation control to the system. |
