兰坪氧化铅锌选矿厂技术改造探讨

摘    要:为满足10万t电锌锌焙砂的需要,兰坪铅锌矿组织实施了把500t/d难选氧化铅锌工业试验厂改扩建为1000t/d硫化矿选矿厂的技术改造,本文就改造的过程及效果进行了探讨。结果表明,通过技术改造后,调整、更换和增加了相应的设备和设施,投资少,见效快,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:For the require of ten myriad ton electric zinc, the technical transformation from oxidation lead and zinc mineral procession of 500 t/d to sulfuration ore mineral procession of 1000 t/d had been put into practice by Lanping Lead-zinc Mine Ltd. In this paper, the process and effects of technical reconstruction were discussed in details. The result showed that after the technical transformation, some relevant equipments and facilities were adjusted, changed and increased, and the costs of technical transformation are inexpensive, and the economic benefit is obvious.
