摘    要:以北票矿区某浅部多煤层开采形成的老采空区地表兴建建筑物地基稳定性评价为例,结合老采空区塌落、上覆岩层压密及裂隙分布情况,从覆岩厚度、建筑物荷载对老采空区覆岩的影响、地表非均衡破坏以及地表残余变形的预计进行了分析,对地表兴建建筑物可行性进行了研究.研究结果表明,即使老采空区裂隙带处于建筑物载荷的影响范围之内,对地表残余变形及非连续变形发生情况充分预估,对拟建建筑物采取相适应的抗采动影响措施,或者对可能造成地表出现非连续变形的未塌落采空区进行处理,在浅部老采空区地表兴建建筑物是可行的.

Abstract:Based on the evaluation on foundation stability of building construction on the surface above old gob induced by shallow multi-coal mining in Beipiao mines,with the old gob data and drilling results analysis,combining with the analysis of the situations of old gob collapse,overlying strata compaction and cracks distribution,impact of overlying strata thickness and building load on it,surface non-equilibrium destruction and residual deformation,the paper has studied the feasibility of building construction on the surface above old gob induced by shallow multi-coal mining.The result shows even if the fractured zone of old gob is within the impact scope of the building load,it is feasible to construct buildings on it after fully estimating the residual deformation and discontinuous deformation of the surface,adopting corresponding anti-mining influence measures on the building in planning or grouting the gob that does not completely collapse and may result in discontinuous deformation in the surface.The conclusion has important guiding significance and reference value to similar projects.
