多通道逆变器空间矢量调制调压技术研究

摘    要:多通道逆变器(阶梯波合成逆变器)是一种适合于大功率应用的逆变技术,但传统的多通道逆变器不能调节输出电压.将SVPWM调制技术应用于多通道逆变器,不仅可以调节输出电压,而且实现了SVPWM在大功率场合的运用.以4通道逆变器为例,分析了不对称SVPWM方案的基本原理和性能,给出了最优的开关频率和采样偏移角.采用不对称SVPWM方案,在4通道逆变器样机上进行了实验.实验结果证明,采用该方案可以在低开关频率下得到良好的输出电压波形.

Abstract:Because of low switching frequency and high efficiency,multi-step inverters(staircase waveform inverters) are suitable for high power applications.However,the output-voltage of traditional multi-step inverters can't be adjusted.Using the SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) technology to adjust multi-step inverters is discussed in this paper.With asymmetry SVPWM strategy the optimum switching frequency and the optimum sample deviation angle were given by analyzing the principle and performance of 4-step inverter.To certify the feasibility of the asymmetry SVPWM technology,the experimental results of 4-step inverters are given in this paper.While the asymmetry SVPWM scheme is used,the inverter has a high quality output waveform with low switching frequency.
