摘    要:阐述利用激光光热技术测量材料初始应力的原理及实验技术。根据弹性力学的基本原理所建立的热传导方程,由激光光热技术的检测原理,导出了应力与激光光束偏转角的关系式。通过对激光偏转角的测量,得到材料内的初始应力,并对环氧树脂材料内的初始应力进行了测量,其结果与理论分析一致。

Abstract:The principle and experiment of measuring material initial stress by laser photothermal technique are introduced in this article.According to heat conduction equation in elasticity mechanics for material possessing the initial stress and detection principle of laser photothermal technique,the relation of stress and deflection angle of laser beam is established.The initial stress in material is obtained by measuring deflection angle of laser beam,and the stress of epoxy resin is detected by this method.The experimental results are good agreement with that theory analyze.
