摘    要:介绍了国内首台设计温度-67℃的2 000 m3乙烯球罐设计参数的确定、球壳用钢板的选取过程。对09MnNiDR制造2 000 m3乙烯球罐的结构设计、有限元应力分析、制造和安装过程中的技术要求进行了详细分析和评价。

Abstract:The establishment of design parameters and the selection of shell material of the first unit 2000m3 ethylene spherical tank,of which design temperature is-67℃,were presented in the paper.Furthermore,the structural design and the finite element stress analysis of the spherical tank made from 09MnNiDR steel,and the technical requirements for manufacture and erection of this spherical tank were also discussed in details.
