奥氏体不锈钢深冷应变强化的材料行为研究

摘    要:目前,国内各科研院所对奥氏体不锈钢深冷应变强化技术研究较少,其主要的技术参数、制造方法、材料选取等核心要素均不得而知。在参照前人研究基础上,分别对国产奥氏体不锈钢S30408母材进行640 MPa、960 MPa、1 280 MPa深冷应变强化,并通过-196℃冲击、金相等实验研究材料在不同强化程度下的韧性及金相组织变化,最终确定S30408材料深冷应变强化的强化程度介于640~960 MPa之间。

Abstract:Up till now,there is a few study on cryogenically stretch-formed austenitic stainless steel performed in universities and research institutes in China,so that few knowledge about key factors,such as technical parameters,fabrication methods and material selection,were obtained.In this paper,with the references from previous studies,cryogenically stretch-forming to reach the ultimate strengths of 640 MPa,960 MPa and 960 MPa for austenitic stainless steel S30408 were carried out.With the toughness under-196 ℃ and the result from metallurgical experiment,the intensified strength of S30408 from cryogenically stretch-forming should be between 640 MPa and 960 MPa.
