摘    要:对于运行多年的加热炉引风机,现场检修后,开机试运行,经常振动偏大,给现场检修工作造成困扰。通过原因分析,在确认为转子不平衡的原因后,采取现场动平衡的方法,降低了振动值,满足了现场长周期运行的要求,其方法可推广解决风机等转动设备类似振动问题。

Abstract:There was often comparatively severe vibration occurred in the draft fan used in heating furnace after it was repaired onsite and if it has been run for a long time.Through cause analysis,unbalance of the rotator was determined as the main cause.Thus,the method of field dynamic balancing was applied.In this way,the vibration was reduced,and long time operation required can be realized.The method presented in this article can be referenced in solving the problems in rotary equipment.
