PET/ECDP/PEG共混纤维的纤度与性能关系研究

摘    要:主要研究了PET/ECDP/PEG共混纤维的纤度与力学性能.吸湿性能、抗静电性能和染色性能间的关系,同时也对不同纤度PET/ECDP/PEG纤维的碱减量过程进行了研究.随着共混纤维细度变细,拉伸强度和初始模量增大,断裂伸长率降低,抗静电性能提高,染色性能提高,纤维的碱减量率增大.

Abstract:The research is focused on the relationship of PET/ECDP/PEG co-mixed fiber's titer against its physical property,wet absorption,anti-static property and dyeability with the titer reduction through alkali treatment also done.Following its titer becomes finer,the fiber's stretch strength and initial modulus increase,breaking strength reduces,anti-static and dyeability improved,and the ratio of titer reduction through alkali also increases.
