| 摘 要： | 在强酸条件下，时间苯二甲酸（IPA）进行硝化反应，得到中间体5-硝基间苯二甲酸（5-NIPA），然后在酸催化下进行酯化，得到目标产物5-硝基-1，3-间苯二甲酸二甲酯（5-NIPADME），总收率大于90％。

| Abstract: | 5-Nitroisophthalic acid dimethyl ester(5-NIPADME)was synthesized by esterification of 5-nitro-isophthalic acid(5-NIPA),which was obtained from nitration of isophthalic acid(IPA)with nitric acid.The total yield of 5-NIPADME was more than 90%. |
