| 摘 要： | 随着生物工程技术的不断发展,生物芯片的制作技术和检测技术越来越受到人们的关注。简要介绍了生物芯片的概念及其应用、生物芯片检测仪的种类及国外的发展状况,着重阐述了国内研制的激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪的高速二维扫描台,主要包括扫描台的结构、扫描原理、技术要求和如何实现这些要求以及扫描台控制的实现问题等。最后简要介绍了目前国内生物芯片检测仪的研究进展情况。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly discusses the conception and applieation of the biochip,then intro-duces the categories of the biochip,finally discusses the scanning stage of the laser confocal biochip scanner,includes scanning principle,structure and index and controlling of the scanning stage.The study trend of biochip scanner in home is also introduced. |
