漂移寿命试验数据的处理

本文应用最小二来回归理论建立设备性能参数的漂移模型,提出了预测设备漂移寿命试验观测值的数据处理方法,把漂移模型的建立和可靠性分布及可靠性指标的计算有机地结合在一起,实现了通过数据处理缩短可靠性试验时间的一种试验加速方法。

Processing of Drift Life Test Data

Although non-destructive concepts on obtaining reliability life data andreliability indices of equipment were presented in the seventies, almost no paperhas been found in the open literature on actual resarch results. Ref. 1] and 4]were concerned with the mathematical foundation required for studying theperformance drift of equipment; they studied relevant statistical theories andmathematical models. The authors extended some theories and techniques in ref.1] and 4] in order to make them suitable for processing equipment perfor-mance drift data from reliability tests. The authors believe that the contributionof this paper lies in presenting theories and techniques for accomplishing relia-bility test acceleration with data-processing methods. The theories and techniques in the paper have begun to be employed inengineering application. A set of technical norms for evaluating reliability ind-ices of manometers has been established, and its use is spreading in the mano-meter industry in China.
