| 摘 要： | 研究了在泡沫层表面生成一层硬壳层的泡沫玻璃,硬壳层的合适厚度范围是1.5～15mm,其比重为0.8～1.5,泡沫层的比重为0.2～0.6.这种泡沫玻璃改进了无硬壳层泡沫玻璃的机械性能,具有良好的抗冲击性能、抗折性能和机加工性能.该泡沫玻璃可应用在建筑物上作为内外墙装饰材料和保温绝热材料.

Study on Foam Glass Having Crust Layer |

| Abstract: | The foam glass with crust layer on the surface of the foam layer had been studied. The appropriate thickness of the crust layer is 1.5-15mm and the specific gravity is 0.2-0.6. The mechanical performance of this kind of foam glass is much better than that without the crust layer. It has many excellent performances such as good impact resistance , flexural strength and machinability. This kind of foam glass can be used as interior or exterior decorating material and heat-insulating material. |
