摘    要:水轮发电机组包含有水力,机械,电气子系统,具有非线性,正零点等不易控制的特点,本文将Smith预估控制用于机组的调节,并采用鲁控制理论设计控制器,获得了满意的动态性能和鲁棒性能,抑制负荷扰动的能力也可以通过结构改善得到改观。

Abstract:The papor takes into account the hydro turbine governing system and its hydraulic, mechanic, and electrical sub system, and the nonlinear, positive zero character. This paper adopts the Smith predictor and the robust control theory to design the robust controller Mathematical model simulations for frequency disturbance and load disturbance show that the proposed method has significant improvements on the dynamic performance and robustness.
