Natural Food Color, Enhancing Food Quality and Improving Healthy
Abstract:Along with the people's pursue to natural and healthy diet is even more intense. The substitution possible tendency of synthesis food color is also growing day by day. The natural food color also can provide the riotous color similarly for food, take people return to the natural enjoyment and entrust food with high grade feeling quality and the nutrition health at the same time. The social factor of the natural food color development, the application significance and the raw material selection were introduced in detailed by Chr-Hansen Co., in this article.
