| Abstract: | Liquid iron pretreatment has become one of the important production procedures in modern steelmaking plants. Its main purpose is to reduce the harmful element concentration in liquid steel and provide qualified liquid iron. The article describes the principle and process of liquid iron pretreatment, pre- desulfurization, pre- desiliconization and pre - dephosphorization of liquid iron , and makes comparison between desulfurization by stirring method and injecting method. |
