回转面测量平台系统设计

摘    要:针对目前回转面形被测件形位参数测量的不足,提出并设计了一种新的测量系统。该测量系统集高精度的光学测量方法、无磨擦的气浮回转工作台、精密二维工作台及可编程控制的电控方法于一体,可用于对航天惯性器件等回转形被测件的形位参数进行高精度的测量。最终的实验特性分析表明本测量系统的可行性。

Abstract:A novel measurement system is presented and designed to improve the measurement precision of(rotative) workpieces.In the system,high-precision optical measurement method,attrition-less gas bearing,2D exact planar workbench,and programmable electric-controlling method are integrated.It can be used to optimally measure the parameters of the rotational workpieces,such as the space inertia devices.Finally,experimental results show that the proposed system is practicable.
