| 摘 要： | 本文基于相间功率控制器（interphase power controller-IPC)的统一模型，分析了调谐型IPC的潮流控制特点，提出了一种在给定线路有功、无功功率作为控制目标的含调谐型IPC的潮流计算方法；对调谐型IPC进行潮流控制能力的分析，指出其潮流调节范围不仅受自身控制参数的影响，而且受网络运行条件和线路阻抗的限制，并绘出潮流控制范围的图形。

| Abstract: | According to the generic model of the interphase power controller (IPC),this paper analyzes the characteristics of controlling power flow of tuned IPC.A method calculating power flow is developed when tuned IPC is used to control the active and reactive power flow of the line and the value of controlling aim is given.The power flow control capability is analyzed and the regulating boundary is discussed.It indicates that the boundary is not only influenced by itself admittance,but also restricted by the operation condition of network and line resistance. And the figure of the boundary is painted. |
