基于LS-DYNA的行星齿轮非线性动力学特性研究

摘    要:齿轮时变啮合刚度是研究齿轮传动过程中噪声、振动、动力学分析的重要依据.文中采用参数化建模方法建立了某行星排三维模型,应用非线性动力学软件LS—DYNA软件分析该行星排的齿面接触应力随时间的变化,并根据轮齿变形和相应的接触应力,得出行星齿轮内外啮合的时变刚度曲线,仿真分析与理论分析相吻合,为进一步研究行星排的动力学特性奠定基础.

Abstract:The time-variable stiffness of gear is an essential basis for analysing noise and vibration and dynamics analysis in transmission systems.In this paper,a planetary gear system's 3D finite element model is established by introducing the method of parametric modeling.The variation of the dynamic root stress with time under moving load is investigated by means of non-linear dynamic soft LS-DYNA.Depending on the tooth deformation and contact stress of gear,the time-variable stiffness is acquired.The result of simulation analysis and theory analysis is coincident.
