SnO_2气敏材料的热分析研究

摘    要:通过对不同工艺条件制备敏感材料的DTA谱图研究,讨论了制备条件和工艺条件对反应活化能的影响,得到活化能与材料电阻的变化关系.

Abstract:We study sensitive materials ,which prepaed in different technological processes,byusing DTA ,discuss the effects of both preparation and technological prosess upon reac-tion activation engergy , and obtain the relationship between activation andmaterial re-sistance in thermal analysis-The results follow:in the same materials resistannce in-creases with the activ-ation energy of dehydrated crystallization increasing,and the ef-fect of activation of desorbed water upon resistance is the opposite of crystal-lizations.
