轴对称淹没水射流流场的数值模拟

摘    要:根据轴对称淹没水射流破岩条件建立了流场的物理模型和数学模型 ,采用计算流体动力学的有限元软件ANSYS ,对紊动射流流场进行了数值模拟 ,说明轴对称淹没冲击射流流场结构包括射流区、漫流区、涡流区和冲击区 ;在离冲击面较远的区域内 ,射流区呈一定锥角线性扩展 ,与自由射流结构相同。射流在靠近被冲击面处有明显的收缩趋势 ,射流的上半段表现出自由射流的结构特征。被冲击表面上的滞止压力随着喷距和冲击半径的增大而迅速衰减。射流流场数值模拟结果与前人的实验结果吻合。

Abstract:Physical and mathematical models for flow field are established according to the rock breaking condition of axisymmetric water jet. The turbulent flow field is simulated by ANSYTS software. The axisymmetric jet flow field is divided into jet flow area, unconcentrated flow, vortex flow area and impact area. Jet flow takes a shrinking tendency near the impacted surface and the upper section of the jet flow has the characteristics of free jet. The stagnation pressure on the impacted surface damps rapidly with the increase of the jet distance and impact radium. The results of the numerical simulation accord with the results of the previous experiments.
