| 摘 要： | 根据电石炉设备循环冷却系统的特点，指出系统中冷却水在工作中产生的水垢给电石炉正常生产带来的严重后果。分析水垢的形成及危害机理，提出对循环冷却水系统的处理措施。从而保证电石炉能够安全长周期运行。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the circulation cooling system of calcium carbide kiln, the author points out the serious harm of water scale from circulation cooling system on normal production, scale forming and scale harm mechanism are analyzed, and some treatment measures are given, thus ensuring calcium carbide kiln to run safely for a long period. |
