| 摘 要： | 报道了采用HPLC法测定复方花针颗粒中绿原酸的含量。色谱柱为ZOR-BAXSB-C18分析柱,流动相为乙腈-2％冰醋酸(6.5:93.5),检测波长为 326nm。实验结果表明,该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。

| Abstract: | To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of chlorogenic acid in fufang huazhen granules . ZORBAX SB-C18 was used as the stationary phase , Acetonitrile-2% acetic acid (6. 5 : 93. 5) as the mobile phase, with detection wavelength at 326nm. The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate. |
