| 摘 要： | 介绍了PCB在线检测原理,描述了一种PCB在线检测设备的系统结构,在设备的PCB图像采集系统中,提出了采用两轴电机实现扫描检测的解决方案,介绍了基于MPC01运动控制卡和伺服电机的运动控制系统结构和工作原理,详细阐述了系统的硬件具体实现,并采用VB为工具,开发了具有良好可靠性的软件控制平台。

| Abstract: | The principle of online PCB inspection was and describing one system structure of the inspection was introduced,a solution formula of double motor control system was presented,in the PCB image acquisition system of the facilities.Meanwhile it introduced the motion control system structure and operating principle based on the MPC01 motor control card and servo motor,expounded the specific realization of the hardware of the system in details,and developed a well reliable software control platform with VB as a tool. |
