基于多点网络的水厂自动监控系统设计

摘    要:针对水厂工作水泵多,水泵离控制站距离远的特点,提出了一种基于MPI多点网络的自动监控系统的设计方法,分析了系轨的工作原理,讨论了系统中数据的采集与处理,主站与从站的通讯原理以及系统软件的设计方法。由于这种系统的主、从站PLC之间采用MPI网络通信,具有运行可靠、性能价格比高的特点,适用于中小规模的水厂分布式监控场合。

Abstract:For the characteristics of multiple work water pumps and long distance from pump to control room, the design method of automatic monitor control system which based on MPI is introduced. The principle of the system is analyzed. The collection and disposing of system data, the communication principle of master and slave station and the software design method are also discussed. For MPI network commu nication of master and slave station, the system works reliably. It is favorable to middle and small scale water factory.
