| 摘 要： | 在对网络图进行时间参数计算、进行定量分析的基础上,使用整数规划方法对大型工程项目在不同施工阶段上对电力的需求量进行平衡优化.通过电力使用优化能够大幅度降低工程项目的施工成本、管理难度,大幅度降低由于电力需求不平衡而带来负面的社会影响.

| Abstract: | On the basis of calculating a series of time parameters and quantitative analysis,by using Integer Programming method,project managers can balance and optimize the power demand under different stages of implementation of largescale projects.Thus,a large amount of expense can be saved and prominent social and economic benefit can be achieved. |
