| 摘 要： | 科技的发展，知识的创新，关键要靠教育，靠人才。本文分析了知识经济时代创新型人才培养的重要性，提出了高等院校应该把培养创新型人才作为面向二十一世纪高等教育中心任务，并对培养创新型人才的具体措施进行了探索。
