旋转对称支承机座的结构力学模态自适应对中

摘    要:旋转对称支承板机座是用来支撑燃气轮机转子保证其稳定运转的结构装置,其工作稳定性将直接影响燃气轮机整机工作效率及安全可靠性.针对燃气轮机旋转对称支承板机座稳定性问题,采用动力学模态分析对其中心标高自适应对中进行了初步研究,分别对六种不同支承板数量和七种不同位置角度旋转对称支承板机座模型进行有限元模态数值分析,通过不同模态分析对比研究,获得各种机座前9阶次下的中心标高变化情况,揭示机座中心标高的变化规律,为更好地研究燃气轮机转子工作稳定性和提高燃气轮机工作效率及安全可靠性提供科学依据.

Abstract:Abstract:The support plate base on rotationally symmetric is used for supporting the gas turbine rotor structur- al device to ensure its stable operation which stability will directly affect the efficiency and safety-reliability of ma- chine work of the gas turbine. For stability problems of the rotationally symmetric support plate base of gas turbine, using analysis of dynamic modal to its center adaptive has carried on the preliminary study to the elevation, the number of six different plate and seven different location angle rotation symmetric support plate model in finite ele- ment modal of numerical analysis of their respective, reveal frame center elevation changes rule through the compar- ative study on the different modal analysis, the center of the frame can be obtained in the first nine order time under the elevation changes, in order to better research on gas turbine rotor working stability and improve the working effi- ciency of gas turbine and provide a scientific basis for safety and reliability.
