摘    要:用着色渗透检测法对ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢铸件加工表面进行质量检验时,得到圆形斑点.为研究此类显示斑点是否表明存在缺陷,及其所对应的缺陷类型,对ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢试样加工表面进行着色渗透检测,并应用金相显微镜和扫面电镜对显像斑点处观察分析.结果表明:被检试样表面确定有圆形显像斑点,尺寸在0.07~1.2 mm范围内,清洗后用扫描电子显微镜对显像位置进行观察分析,确定加工的试样表面存在缺陷,缺陷类型为富含O、Si、Al和Ca四种元素的复合夹杂物,尺寸在0.07~1.2 mm范围内.

Abstract:Abstract: When dye penetrant testing method is used to detect ZCAMCrl3Ni4Mo stainless steel castings ma- chined surface quality, we are able to observe round spots. In order to study whether such displayed dots indicate the presence of defect on machined surface, and which defect types they correspond to, penetrant testing methods have been adopted to detect machined surface defects of ZG04Crl3Ni4Mo stainless steel samples, and scanning e- lectron microscope and metallurgical microscope are used to observe and analyze displayed dots. Test results show that displayed dots were observed on the sample surface. Dot size is in the range of 0. 07 - 1.2 mm. After the sam- ples are cleaned, scanning electron microscope was used to observe and analyze the imaging areas on sample sur- face. Defects are found on sample surface, which belong to inclusion defects. Defect size is in the range of 0. 07 1.2 mm. These inclusions are rich in O, Si, A1, and Ca four elements.
