熔体微分离心纺丝技术

摘    要:熔体离心纺丝技术具有纺丝效率高,制备纤维的取向度的优势,但目前仍处于发展初期,所制备纤维直径较粗,相关工艺和纤维细化方法研究较少。对此通过自主研制的熔体微分离心纺丝装置,选用流动性能较好的聚丙烯材料进行熔体离心纺丝研究,在不同条件下进行离心纺丝实验,并引入气流辅助纺丝,大大细化了纤维直径,成功制备了超细纤维;设计了正交实验以探究不同工艺参数对其成纤效果的影响权重,为熔体离心纺丝进一步发展提供一定理论和实验基础。

Process of melt differential centrifugal spinning technology
Abstract:Melt centrifugal spinning technology has the advantage of high efficiency and high orientation degree with the fibers prepared,but the technology is still in the initial stage of development,the prepared fiber diameter is thick,and related study of process and fiber thinning method is little.In this paper,melt centrifugal spinning of polypropylene ,which has a good flow ability, has been researched by the self-designed melt differential centrifugal spinning device; The superfine fibers have been successful prepared in centrifugal spinning experiments under different conditions,and the introduction of air assisted spinning has greatly refined the fiber diameter.In addition,the orthogonal experiment has designed in order to explore the influence weight of the different process parameters on fiber effect, provides theoretical and experimental foundation for the further development of melt centrifugal spinning.
