大麻/聚乳酸复合发泡材料的力学性能

摘    要:采用模压发泡制备了大麻纤维增强PLA基复合发泡材料,研究探讨了大麻/聚乳酸纤维复合发泡材料的力学性能与大麻纤维长度、大麻纤维添加量的关系。结果表明:大麻/PLA复合发泡材料压缩性能的杨氏模量、屈服应力与添加的大麻纤维长度的指数函数的平方呈正相关,与大麻纤维添加量的平方呈正相关。大麻/PLA复合发泡材料的拉伸断裂强度与添加的纤维长度、纤维添加量均呈指数正相关。且随着添加的大麻纤维长度和大麻纤维添加量的增加,大麻/PLA复合发泡材料的弹性模量均呈上升趋势,但断裂伸长率变化不大。

Mechanical properties of hemp/polylactic acid composite foamed material
Abstract:The composite foaming material with hemp fiber reinforced poly-lactic acid (PLA) matrix was prepared by the method of mould foaming and the relationship between the mechanical properties of the hemp/PLA composite foamed material and the hemp fiber length as well as the hemp fiber addition were investigated. The results show that, the Young’s modulus and the yield stress of the compressive property of hemp/PLA composite foamed material were correlated with the exponential function of hemp fiber length in a positive squared relation, and with the hemp fiber addition in a positive squared relation. The breaking strength of hemp/PLA composite foamed material is correlated with the hemp fiber length and the hemp fiber addition in a positive exponent relation, respectively. Furthermore, with the increase of the hemp fiber length and the hemp fiber addition, the elasticity moduli of the hemp/PLA composite foaming material were all on an upward trend and the elongations at break show a little variation.
