辐射测温用于机床切削研究

摘    要:机加工过程中,为提高加工精度,延长刀具寿命,研究刀具与工件的温度分布极为重要。本文综述了辐射测温方法在切削温度研究中的应用,并介绍了在正切削条件下用红外测温仪进行的实验研究。测得的刀具表面温度与理论结果及热电偶方法所得结果相符合。

Abstract:It is essential to know the temperature distribution of the tool and workpiece duringmachine cutting process. Measurements of the temperatures with an IR thermometer were done, andthe temperature of both the tools and the workpiece were obtained. The results were coincident withthe.calculated data and the thermocouple measurements.
