铜铅锌冶炼烟尘净化用滤料优化研究

摘    要:从分析铜铅锌冶炼烟尘性质入手,在对比国产几种主要工业滤料空载及荷载阻力特性基础上,进行了有代表性的工业生产性过滤清灰试验研究。从而对铜铅锌冶炼烟尘净化用滤料的优化进行研究,并探讨出经济实用、运行阻力低、清灰性能好的新型过滤材料。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the properties of Cu-Pb-Zn smelting fume,contrastes the no-load and load resistance characteristics of several domestic major industrial filter and makes the experimental study of filter cleaning of industrial production at last.In order to explore the economical,practical,low running resistance and good cleaning performance of the new filter material,it in-depth studies filter optimization for the purification of Cu-Pb-Zn smelting fume.
