纳米SiO2改性玉米淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜研究

摘    要:以薄膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、透光率和吸水率为主要指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究纳米SiO2改性玉米淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜的工艺条件,以改善玉米淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜的物理性能。试验结果表明:纳米SiO2含量,分散剂种类及含量,膜液pH对膜的性能均有影响。适宜的工艺参数为:纳米SiO2最佳含量2.0%,最佳分散剂聚丙烯酰胺含量1.5%,膜液最佳pH 5.0。

Abstract:To improve the physical properties,the technological conditions of corn starch and polyvinyl alcohol composite film modified by nano-SiO2 are studied through single-factor experiments and orthogonal test,using tensile strength,break age elongation,transmittance and water absorption rate as indexes.The experimental results showed that the concentration of nano-SiO2,variety and concentration of dispersant and pH of film liquid all can affect the properties of the films.The suitable process parameters: the optimum concentration of nano-SiO2 was 2.0%;the best dispersant was polyacrylamide,and its optimal concentration was 1.5%;the best pH of film liquid was 5.0.
