镁合金焊接技术的研究现状

摘    要:镁合金发展前景广阔,但焊接性较差限制了其应用。文章介绍了镁合金的钨极氩弧焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊、激光焊、搅拌摩擦焊、电子束焊、电阻点焊等常用的几种焊接方法及其研究现状,提出了镁合金焊接今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Magnesium alloys have a wide development prospect,but their poor weldability restricts their wider application.The results of recent investigations on the welding techniques were reviewed.The characteristics of gas tungsten arc welding,mctal inertia gas welding,laser welding,friction stir welding,electron beam welding and resistance spot welding were summarized.The research trend of magnesium alloys welding is also brought forward.
